harvest is destemmed and trampled, then made into wine traditionally in vats at a controlled temperature.
Tasting note : This wine, garnet colour, expresses to the nose the fruitiness of the Grenache married with the intensity of the Syrah.
In the mouth, the fullness and freshness combines with the aromas of small red fruits and liquorice, in order to
provide you with a maximum of pleasure.
Accompaniment advice : Will perfectly suit a roasted saddle of lamb, duck aiguillettes with green peppercorns, small stuffed vegetables.
Ageing potential : To be enjoyed in its youth, slightly cooled between 16° and 18°C
