This estate has belonged to the Coperet family for 5 generations, located on the hillside of Fleurie in the Beaujolais region. The vinification and aging are traditional in order to preserve the typicity of the terroir and the aromas of the Gamay grape (white pepper, nutmeg, juicy red berries).
Vineyard
This wine has inherited all the rich flavors of its terroir’s flower strewn spring. Located between Moulin à Vent and Chiroubles. Subsoil granite, sandy soil. Vines : 50 years old -8 ha
Winemaking
Carbonic maceration with full bunches of grapes during 9 days. Ageing traditional tanks.
Tasting notes
Ruby red color. Aromas of berries red and black. The mouth is full, harmonious and fleshy.

Enjoy it with poultry or beef roast.
