Château du Levant is Château Liot’s second wine and belongs to the family David since several generations and it is Jerry David today who takes charge of the production of these 20 hectares of vineyards, conducted in sustainable agriculture.
Located near Château Climens, on the tray (plateau) of High
Barsac (Haut Barsac), the vineyard takes advantage at most of the microclimate of Sauternes. After a rigorous selection of the noble grains, the grape harvests are the object of a particular attention by the owner to produce fine and elegant wines.

Surface: 21 hectares. Soil: Red clay - limestone burst base
Colour: brillant, gold yellow. Nose: rich aromas of yellow ripe fruits, dried fruits (almond, apricot) and acacia honey. Palate: Elegant, pleasant structure with exotic fruits notes (pineapple, mango). Finish: perfect balance between vivacity and fruitiness.
