The Orchis range includes twelve varietal wines. Each of them reveals their specificity on their terroir of origin: Limoux (Languedoc Roussillon). Summum wines by Anne de Joyeuse, in her “Protect Planet” approach, sees her environment enriched. Thus, today we count more than eighty species of orchids in our vines. The best known being the bee orchid.
Vineyard
Reasoned management in the observation of the natural cycles of the vine and development of biodiversity. The plots, on clay-limestone soils, were selected in the Haute Vallée and on the oceanic terroir.
Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation in vats for ten days with controlled temperatures.
Tasting notes
To be tasted at 14°C
Spicy aromas of red fruits emerge from its elegant nose. On the palate, blackcurrant dominates with a very harmonious finish.
Food pairing
This wine goes wonderfully with pretty red meats or our Limoux fricassee.
