history
The Orchis range includes twelve varietal wines. Each of them reveals their specificities on their terroir of origin: Limoux (Languedoc Roussillon). Summum wines by Anne de Joyeuse, in her “Protect Planet” approach, sees her environment enriched. Thus, today we count more than eighty species of orchids in our vines. The best known being the bee orchid.
Vineyard
Reasoned management in the observation of the natural cycles of the vine and the development of biodiversity. The plots, on clay-limestone soils, have been selected from the Pyrenean area of our vineyard.
Winemaking
This Pinot Noir rosé is obtained by direct pressing and alcoholic fermentation maintained at 15°C.
Tasting notes
Serve between 8 and 10°C. Pretty rose petal colour, an intense nose of raspberries and cherries. In the mouth we find these same notes of red fruits, supported by a nice fat and a finish full of freshness.
