history
The Orchis range includes twelve varietal wines. Each of them reveals their specificities on their terroir of origin: Limoux (Languedoc Roussillon). Summum wines by Anne de Joyeuse, in her “Protect Planet” approach, sees her environment enriched. Thus, today we count more than eighty species of orchids in our vines. The best known being the bee orchid.
Vineyard
Reasoned management in the observation of the natural cycles of the vine and the development of biodiversity. The plots, on clay-limestone soils, have been selected from our three areas of the Limoux terroir: Haute Vallée, Océanique and Méditerranéenne.
Winemaking
This Syrah rosé is obtained by direct pressing and alcoholic fermentation at a temperature maintained at 15°C.
Tasting notes
Serve between 8 and 10°C. A raspberry colour, an intense nose of small red fruits. In the mouth, the notes of fruit are also present and leave a pleasant feeling of sweetness.
