In 1957, around forty winegrowers grouped together to confront the economic difficulties of the era, pooling far more than mere financial concerns. Vineyard
The vineyard is located in the heart of the Touraine region.
Winemaking
The rosé is « bled » from fermenting vats and bottled early to retain all its freshness. Ageing stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes
Bright, greedy pink color with purple reflections. Complex nose of citrus fruits, small red and black fruits (strawberry, raspberry, red currant), fresh flowers, exotic fruits and white pepper. In the mouth: A perfume of vine peach, apricot, mixed with red berries and passion fruit. Frank and very fruity attack but airy with a fresh and spicy finish.
Food pairing
Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C. This Rosé de Loire will perfectly accompany your seafood, grilled fish or fish terrines.
