Vineyard
Various hillsides around the little village of Bergheim with a predominance of heavy soils compound by clay and limestone.
Winemaking
The cellars hold our wines in oak casks and its vats of a more modern style, so that the wine matures gracefully with all the time it needs. Constant care is lavished on all the wines before they are released from our cellars. The single goal is quality.
Tasting notes
Eye: light red color Nose: it develops lingering red fruit aromas (cherry, blackcurrant, red currant, etc..) Mouth: Red fruits in the mouth make this wine a very approachable oak-free Pinot Noir and an easy enjoyable refined red wine, which is very food friendly and shows a pleasant freshness.
Food pairing
It will partner a wide range of dishes, especially on summer time, from light hot starters to barbecues, red and game meats (duck, venison), charcuterie, light or hard cheeses, gratin.
