Maceration: Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation: Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, gentle vatting for 3 weeks.
Aging: 100% in vats with alternatives during 6 to 8 months
Tasting notes
This wine has a ruby red color of great intensity. The nose reveals scents of slightly spicy stewed black berries. The palate is full-bodied, with very ripe black fruits, backed by an amazing velvety tannic structure.
