The domaine choose terroirs and grape varieties to accurately convey the unique flavors of each appellation, resulting in wines with a fruity, expressive style and silky tannins. Each cuvée is crafted to be enjoyed immediately upon bottling. The final blending is conducted in collaboration with the Chefs Disciples d'Escoffier, ensuring that each wine is intertwined with the realm of gastronomy right from its inception.

Winemaking
Hand-harvest at optimum maturity in small crates at dawn to benefit from cool temperatures, After pneumatic pressing and cold settling, fermentation at low temperatures lasts 8-10 days. Part of the blend is aged 6 to 8 months in oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Floral nose with honey notes, candied fruits and sweet spices aromas. Fresh though large mouth with aromas of hazelnut and canned peaches. Very long finish and impressive depth.
