Winemaking
Blending Ugni-Blanc, a traditional grape variety from Provence, with Colombard, a variety known for its exceptional aromatic potential, yields a wine with fine flavors, ample acidity, and ideal alcoholic richness. The Brut Blanc de Blancs sparkling wines are the result of a secondary fermentation process known as 'prise de mousse.' These wines are filtered, bottled, and then released to the market. They are stored at low temperatures in stainless steel vats.
