The 2021 Domaine de Paris Cotes de Provence Rose is a lovely showing in this vintage. It opens to pretty aromatics of white peach, strawberries and orange zest underlined by wet stony minerals. On the palate this is well balanced and remains fresh and inviting throughout. A lovely Rosé that should drink beautifully upon release.
