The Breban company is one of the last family owned company producing artisanal sparkling wines in the South of France. The House of Breban Wines ("Vins Breban") has been producing and supplying a wide range of wines of varying styles and aromas to restaurants and retail distributors since 1952. The grand-father, Raymond, started elaborating sparkling wine in his garage in 1942. He has then decided to add a full range of wines from Provence. Since that time, two generation have been managing the company with the same passion and philosophy for quality.Today, they are famous in France and all over the world for the quality of the wines of Provence and for their premium hand crafted sparkling wines.
Vineyard
Méditérranée IGP is a new appellation gathering wines made in a large area from the southeast coast of France, the Provence wine region, to a part of the Rhône Valley.
Winemaking
The vine growing is environment-friendly . The vinification of rosés is a mix of traditional and modern techniques: destemming , pressing and maceration at cold temperatures, followed by bleeding the must that is fermented under controlled temperatures at 65F-69F to extract the maximum aromas./nNo ageing
Tasting notes
A salmon color, with a great intensity on the nose (gooseberry), supple and silky on the palate texture : an easy to drink wine .
Food pairing
The serve at a temperature of 46F to 55 F , with Quiches, Pissaladières (anchovy pies), raw vegetables
