history
The Breban company is one of the last family owned company producing artisanal sparkling wines in the South of France. The House of Breban Wines ("Vins Breban") has been producing and supplying a wide range of wines of varying styles and aromas to restaurants and retail distributors since 1952. The grand-father, Raymond, started elaborating sparkling wine in his garage in 1942. He has then decided to add a full range of wines from Provence. Since that time, two generation have been managing the company with the same passion and philosophy for quality.Today, they are famous in France and all over the world for the quality of the wines of Provence and for their premium hand crafted sparkling wines.
Vineyard
Benefiting from an exceptional period of sunshine and from a climate moderated by the nearness of the sea and from the mountainous barrier, the culture of the vine is perfectly mastered for more than a century. The geologic variety of Corsica is characterized by the presence of a mountain massif offering various grounds: a granitic ground, a ground schiseux east of the island and a sedimentary and calcareous ground Vine : 50 ha - Between 15 and 30 years old.
Winemaking
Vinification separated of each grape variety, stabilization under cold conditions before fermentation with controlled temperature. /nIn vats.
Tasting notes
Aerial, very pale pink color, very elegant. The nose: very subtle fruity, discreet, hardly spiced notes, fine and elegant aromas. The mouth: freshness, sharpness, completed balance.
Food pairing
A corsican win of a great quality. To drink as an apéritif, for summer meals, or even your candlelit dinners with Mediterranean cuisine.

2 or 3 years.
