Tasting notes
Clear pink tint with purple nuances. Fine and complex nose. A lovely wine which remains round with a certain sweetness.
Food pairing
Very fruity, this rosé is particularly well convenient for the apéritif or salads, gratins of vegetables, cooked pork meats, grilled fishes or white meats.
Vineyard

Winemaking
Stemming from a very Mediterranean assembly of grenache, and cinsault, heightened by a point of syrah, which still amplifies the fruity and the bouquet of this wine by bringing to it of a curvature and a length in greater mouth.
