history
The vineyard is owned by two brothers: Eric and Joël. Their vineyards cover 22 ha (8,5 ha of Saint Joseph , 9.5 ha of Cornas, 2 ha de St peray and 2 ha of Vin de Pays).They took over the family estate and started bottling our wine in 1991.They work hard to ensure their harvests will be fully expressive of the terroir. They love wines that have personality but are still fine and elegant.
Vineyard
The plots are situated near the well-known Crus Saint-Joseph and Cornas.
Winemaking
Hand harvest and 100% destemming. Vinification in stainless-steel tank during 14 to 18 days. /n9 months ageing in stainless-steel tank.
Tasting notes
Aromas of red fruits and spices. Light and smooth on the palate with fine and subtle tannins. Fresh final.
Food pairing
Perfect match with red meats, delicatessen.
Aging potential
3 to 4 years.
