Lots of peach, white flowers, and quince notes emerge from the 2019 Saint-Péray, another textbook white that shows its appellation in its salinity and minerality. This beauty is medium-bodied, elegant, and perfectly balanced. Both whites from this estate are class acts and well worth buying.
