2021
Lots of tart white peach and minty herb notes emerge from the 2021 Saint-Péray, another vibrant, clean, refreshing Saint-Péray from the 2021 vintage that has medium-bodied richness, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish. I love its overall balance, and while it's already drinking great today, I see no reason it shouldn't keep nicely for 3-5 years.
