Vicinity of the loveliest chateaux of the Loire: Chambord and Chenonceau, 80 miles West of Sancerre and South-East of Paris between Blois and Tours. The vineyards are between the Loire and Cher rivers and stretch out along the Cher Valley on either side of the river from St. Aignan s/ Cher to Montrichard. Nestled in a green setting overlooking the Indre valley, the château is surrounded by a 3 hectare vineyard of Sauvignon grapes which flourish on a clay-limestone soil.
