The Rosé d’Anjou appellation areas merge together with those of the Anjou AOC area. A clear reflection of the climate that has brought them forth, these wines are tender and ever so slightly mild, and give their best when still in the full bloom of youth. Vines : 40 years old - Yield : 60 hl/ha

The rosé is « bled » from fermenting vats and bottled early to retain all its freshness./nIn stainless steel vats.
