Vineyard
Produced in the communes of Les Marches, St Baldoph and Apremont, on the slopes at the foot of Mont Granier. Altitude 280 m. Clay and limestone, north-east facing
Winemaking
Hand harvesting, pneumatic pressing. Cold settling and temperature-controlled vinification at 20°, 3-week fermentation. stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes
Brilliant golden white color. Nose: White blossom and hawthorn. Gunflint reminiscent of the terroir. Taste : lively mineral and lemon flavors.
Food pairing
Enjoy with seafood, grilled fish and Savoy salted meats.
Aging potential
It may be laid down for 2 years, but we recommend that it should be opened within the year to savour its freshness.

A firm mineral spine and racy acidity support this white's modest core of lemon verbena, peach and pear notes, dusted with sea salt. Lean and focused on the finish, with a veil of smoke, flint and floral charm. Drink now through 2028.
