Vineyard
Near the city of Saumur in the Loire Valley, 150 miles West of Paris in the direction of the Atlantic Ocean. Sandy limestone soil. Vines : 35 years - 30 acres - Yield : 55 Hl/Ha - 3.35 T. /acre.
Winemaking
A blending rosé. Vinified in temperature-controlled vats to prevent oxygenation and protect the fruit. Bottled early (in March) to retain the fruit./nin stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes
A wine so fruity you can almost feel the flesh of the grape. Fine aromas of small red fruit.
Food pairing
On its own by the glass or with cold cuts, spicy food and white meats.
