Located in the heart of the village of Chorey-lès-Beaune in Côte-d'Or, the Domaine Arnoux Père et Fils carries on from generation to generation the art of the vine and the wine. A long family history, René, the grandfather, then two of his five children, Michel and Rémi, expanded the estate and developed bottling. Pascal, the grandson, joined them in 1990. Since 2008, he and his wife Caroline have been at the head of the farm. Pascal Arnoux combines traditional know-how and new technologies to protect the vineyard and offer high quality wines.Today, the Domaine strectches over 20 ha spread over the communes of Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Aloxe-Corton, Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses and Echevronne. Climates enjoying rich soils and favorable to the production of excellent wines of varied appellations: regional, villages, Premiers Crus and Grand Cru. All wines are harvested, matured and bottled on the estate.

Tasting notes
Dark color and opaque robe; its smoky nose introduces red and black fruits. It charms the palate with complex aromas and smooth tannins. It evolves with time, revealing a solid and absolutely convincing structure. Rich and mature, representative by its smart sides and also its good length dominated by red fruits.
Food pairing
A previous uncorking is recommended, about 1 or 2 hours before the service, to improve the volume and the pureness of the aromas (59-61°F). It offers a wide range of flavors and can be served with fine and light meat but also the majority of cheeses.
Aging potential
Appreciated when it is young. Great capacity of ageing, at its high about 10 years.

The crunchy, fragrant freshness of ripe red cherry immediately sets the scene for this wine. Fruit on the taut, slightly concentrated palate is vibrant with aromatic freshness while fine tannins provide delicious crunch. Vivacious brightness reveals a good structure and lovely purity of fruit, turning this into a most elegant wine.
