Five generations of winemakers on the same hillside, that proves the loyalty to the vineyard. Now Bruno and his family, the new generation, take the best of this plot planted by Bruno’s great grandfather.The vinification and aging have remained traditional in order to preserve the typicity fruity, soft tannins and rich that are the hallmarks of the field.The vineyards spread over 9 ha and are located on gently rolling hills with granite-based soil. The south-east facing exposure combined with an altitude of over 350 metres ensure the vines yield grapes with considerable ripeness whilst retaining a delicate aroma and structure typical of the appellation.
Vineyard
The plots to elaborate this wine are located between the Vauxrenard commune and Emeringes at 5 km of Fleurie. These vines come from the arrière grand-Bruno’s father. Granitic soil at Vauxrenard and sandy-clay at Emeringes. Vines : 30 to 90 years old - 2.2 ha
Winemaking
With full bunches of grapes, 6 days of maceration at 80,6°F, end of alcoholic fermentation at 64°F, malolactic fermentation achieved. Matured in tanks.
Tasting notes
Ruby red colour, fine and aromatic nose. Round mouth with notes of black fruits (currant, blackcurrant, strawberry) and spices.

Starters, barbecues, white meats and cheeses.
