history
The Breban company is one of the last family owned company producing artisanal sparkling wines in the South of France. The House of Breban Wines ("Vins Breban") has been producing and supplying a wide range of wines of varying styles and aromas to restaurants and retail distributors since 1952. The grand-father, Raymond, started elaborating sparkling wine in his garage in 1942. He has then decided to add a full range of wines from Provence. Since that time, two generation have been managing the company with the same passion and philosophy for quality.Today, they are famous in France and all over the world for the quality of the wines of Provence and for their premium hand crafted sparkling wines.
Vineyard
Sparkling wine made from white varieties of grapes, Chanson Royale Brut is developed from still wines produced in Var Vineyard. These wines have all the qualities to produce premium sprakling wines; fine flavours, good sourness, ideal alcoholic richness.
Winemaking
Processed according to very strict specifications established by the firm," LES VINS BREBAN "and enforced on its wine-producing partners - the exact vintage date is determined, it is transformed into wine at low temperatures, and specific yeasting is used. Fruit of a second fermentation known as "head taking", the Sparkling wines BRUT Blanc de Blancs are filtered, bottled, and put on the market. /nNo ageing

An excellent aperitif wine. It can also be appreciated throughout the meal, especially with seasonal fish dishes. To be served at a temperature of 46° to 50°F.
