Produced in the communes of Les Marches, on the slopes at the foot of Mont Granier. Altitude 280 m. Clay and limestone, north-east facing
Winemaking
Manual harvest, pneumatic pressing. Cold settling and temperature-controlled vinification at 68° F, 3-week fermentation./nIn stainless steel vats
Tasting notes
Colour : white gold with green shades. Nose : fresh almonds and hawthorn, hint of citrus fruits. Palate : Frank attack, lively, mineral and round with a pleasant fruity finish and notes of orange zest. Good balance between liveliness, roundness and fruity notes.

Enjoy with seafood, grilled fish and Savoy salted meats

It may be laid down for 2 years, but we recommend that it should be opened within the year to savour its freshness
