Vineyard
Various hill-sides around the little village of Bergheim with a predominance of heavy soils compound by clay and limestone.
Winemaking
Constants care is lavished on all the wines before they are released from our cellars. Our single goal is quality. We know that quality is the best publicity there is. Our cellars hold our wines in oak casks and its vats of a more modern style, so that the wine matures gracefully with all the time it needs.
Tasting notes
Eye : light gold yellow color.
Nose : intense, fresh nose of citrus fruits, refined complexity. Very expressive and charming !
Mouth : a frank and pure attack, nice balance, strong fruitiness with a dry and elegant finish.
A great Pinot Blanc with a wonderful fruit, very approachable.
Food pairing
It'll match perfectly with hot or cold starters, white fishes, mussels and cold fish paté. Perfect wine by the glass, with a buffet or on a warm day when thirsty ! The most versatile wine in Alsace.
