history
Maison Breban is renowned as one of the last family-owned companies specializing in artisanal sparkling wines from Southern France. Established in 1952, the House of Breban Wines ("Vins Breban") has a rich history of producing a diverse range of wines, each distinguished by unique styles and aromas, and supplying them to both restaurants and retail distributors. This legacy traces back to 1942 when Raymond, the grandfather and founder, began making sparkling wine in his garage. He then expanded the offering to include a comprehensive range of Provencal wines. Over the decades, two generations have carried on the business, maintaining the same dedication to quality and passion. Today, Maison Breban is acclaimed both in France and globally for its exceptional wines from Provence and its premium, handcrafted sparkling wines.

Mimi en Provence is the fruit of the traditional assembly in AOP Côtes de Provence Rosé of Grenache and Cinsault. This vine still amplifies the fruity of grenache and the bouquet of Cinsault, also by bringing them roundness and a lenght in mouth.
Winemaking
Vinification separated of each grape variety, stabilization under cold conditions before fermentation with controlled temperature. No ageing.
Tasting notes
Light pink color. fine and pleasant nose with wild strawberry notes. In mouth, a full wine, well-balanced and subtle. Must be served at a temperature of 46° to 50 ° F.
Food pairing
Mimi en Provence rosé fits well with grilled fish or white and cooked meats. It can also be appreciated as an apéritif.

This AOP Côtes de Provence expresses itself perfectly in the year which follows the harvest.

2022
The 2022 MiMi en Provence Grand Reserve is a pretty Rosé which begins with inviting aromas of wild strawberries and white peaches along with orange zest and a lovely streak of minerality. On the palate this is beautifully balanced and precise, with vibrant acidity keeping it bright and lively through the finish.
