Since that time, two generation have been managing the company with the same passion and philosophy for quality.Today, they are famous in France and all over the world for the quality of the wines of Provence and for their premium hand crafted sparkling wines.
Vineyard
Known as the Island of Beauty, Corsica is a typical land bordered by the Mediterranean. The vineyard depends on the cooperative Aghione, located in south of Corsica. The vineyard is situated on clay-limestone soil, shaded places, featuring some silty clay areas, with red sands and pebbles. It also benefits from climate full of sunshine and moderated by the proximity of the sea and the mountain barriers.
Winemaking
Vinification of each varietal occurs separately, liquid stabilization in made cold before temperature-controlled fermentation. Aging on lees with stirring.
