history
Vineyard
The vines of this cellar are mainly planted on more or less dry hillsides in full bright Provence of Jean Giono. The vine growing is environment-friendly and the cellar knew how to modernize its chai of wine making so that its wines, in particular rosés, are very current and pleasant.
Winemaking
Vinification is carried out according to the standards of production of rosé wine: pneumatic presses, filtration and temperature control
Tasting notes
Lavendette rosé wine has a pale pink color. The nose is muscat-type floral. On the palate, aromas of tangy red fruits dominate. This fine wine is supple and easy to drink. Nice balance.
Food pairing
Lavendette rosé wine is often enjoyed as an aperitif. It also goes well with summer salads, quiches or pissaladières. Best served at a temperature of 8° to 10°C.
