Its geographical situation at a crossroads of Germanic and Roman influences, also tells a story: that of a culture fostered at the very outset by the Romans and perpetuated since by empassioned winegrowers.

Various hill-sides around the little village of Bergheim with a predominance of heavy
soils compound by clay and limestone.

Tasting notes
Eye pale yellow color
Nose: expressive, refined, with citrus and white flower aromas.
Mouth: lively attack, refreshing acidity, lime, granny smith apple with a great structure, fruity with a clean and dry finish. A classy dry and gastronomic Riesling
Food pairing
With grilled, raw and lightly cooked in sauce fish dishes, seafood, poultry, white meat. Perfect for roast pork, veal chops, seafood and goat cheese.
