Domaine Eric & Joel Durand - Saint Joseph
White,Saint Joseph
Marsanne - Roussanne
history
The vineyard is owned by two brothers: Eric and Joël. Their vineyards cover 22 ha (8,5 ha of Saint Joseph , 9.5 ha of Cornas, 2 ha de St peray and 2 ha of Vin de Pays). They took over the family estate and started bottling our wine in 1991.They work hard to ensure their harvests will be fully expressive of the terroir. They love wines that have personality but are still fine and elegant.

This straddles the line nicely between racy and ripe, with a mix of peach, pear and melon flavors allied to chamomile, quinine and honeysuckle notes. The interplay is even-handed throughout and there's nice length on the finish. Drink now through 2026. 360 cases made, 50 cases imported.
